CAN I CONFIRM OR RESCHEDULE MY SENIOR SESSION?

Yes, you can confirm your session’s date and location or reschedule your session if needed by logging into your account here and click the “Events” tab.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY SENIOR SESSION?

Check out our Seniors Session Prep page to get an idea of what will happen the day of your session, what to bring and how to plan for it your Senior session.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY SENIOR SESSION?

You can visit our scheduling page here. Make sure to bring your credit or debit card. (Payment is due at the time of booking)

WHEN DO YOU TAKE MY CAP AND GOWN PHOTOS?

We will take your Cap & Gown images at your Senior session for your convenience but they are not included in your Senior images. They will be released and available for purchase in the spring closer to your Graduation. 

HOW CAN I RETURN MY SENIOR PORTFOLIO?

You have two options; you can bring your portfolio into any of our studio locations during our normal business hours, or you can return it by mail, by login to your account here and click on the “Portfolio” tab before your deadline date to print your complimentary return label. Make sure to include all of your printed images that came with your portfolio in your return.

CAN I CONFIRM OR RESCHEDULE MY SENIOR SESSION PRESENTATION?

Yes, you can confirm your presentation’s date and location or reschedule if needed by logging into your account here and click the “Events” tab.

I DON’T SEE AVAILABILITY ON THE DATE I WANT

We will be opening more studio dates as the season continues. Please continue to check back as more sessions are opened up.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OR TRACK MY EXISTING ORDER?

Yes, login to your account here and click on the “orders” tab to check the status or track your existing order.

I LOVE MY SENIOR IMAGES! CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, login to your account here and click on the “order now” at the bottom of the page to place your Senior order.

CAN I SCHEDULE RETAKES FOR MY SENIOR PORTRAITS?

Yes, we offer complimentary retakes if you’re not 100% satisfied with your Senior portraits. You can visit your account dashboard here and select the “Events” tab after your original session and just click the “Schedule Retakes” button.
