Life before CADY

I was laid off due to Covid, but I remained optimistic that my skills and personality would align me with the perfect company…and it did! I had an instant connection with the CADY interviewers, people I would be working with primarily, so I felt it was a good sign that I would be able to relate to the culture quite easily

My favorite CADY core value is Small Details Are Huge

I relate with this value most because it’s the most relevant to my role within CADY. As an accountant, it’s important to cross T's and dot I's. The finance team understands that small details have a massive impact!

"I try to be the best version of myself every day and bring that to CADY so that we, as a company, can strive in leaps and bounds."

It was both the vision and the growth of the company. Being that I'm in the accounting department, I've been able to see how even during COVID, CADY was able to grow exponentially. In terms of vision, it’s how our executives show up and communicate where we came from, where we’re going, and how we’re going to collectively strive to get there. It’s just an overall sense of excitement as to where our company is headed and how we all get to be a major part of it. That’s really exciting!
