Matthew Lane
After seeing Matthew’s amazing story on CNN, we knew we wanted to showcase his bravery in our new Snapshot Stories portion of our website. As a company, we strive to make sure everyone coming through our studios has an amazing experience and our mantra is that you never know what our seniors are going through personally and their experience with us should be amazing and we should tell their story.
We caught up with Matthew, a 2019 Senior to ask him how his experience was.
1. How was your experience with the photographer?
“My experience with the photographers was good. Most of them either were keeping a casual conversation with me or joking around with me prior to taking the picture.”
2. Did your photographer do anything special to get the best photos of you?
“Yes, one photographer, in particular, said a joke before one of my pictures and I couldn’t stop smiling and she was also hyping me up while she took the photos telling me which ones looked amazing.”
3. What was your favorite part of the day?
“My favorite part of the day was taking my Cap and Gown picture(s) for sure because just having on a Cap and Gown made me realize that I was almost done with high school already, and very close to college and adult life and that’s something that excited me.”
4. What did you think of your photos when you saw them?
“I love all my photos and think they all turned out great. Even the ones where I thought a certain pose wouldn’t look good still turned out to be cool!”
