Top Questions
What’s the difference between Seniors, Cap & Gown, and Graduation photos?
Senior portraits include your yearbook photo. Cap & Gown portraits, taken at the same time as your senior portraits, feature you in your school’s graduation cap & gown. They are available for viewing in the Spring of your graduating year. Graduation is the photo taken at your graduation ceremony. These three distinctive photos are released for purchase at different times throughout the year.
What’s included in my session fee?
The fee you pay for your session covers the cost of your photo shoot. If you’ve selected a Most Popular or an Elite Session, all of your senior session images will include retouching. Prints, packages, and wall art are an additional charge.

What should I bring?
Bring what makes you unique! We suggest a variety of props, outfits, friends & family or pets.
You will need to bring undergarments for your yearbook photo. (Tux: bring a white undershirt and Drape: bring a spaghetti strap or strapless tank top) We will provide the drape, pearls, tux and cap & gown.

Is CADY coming to my school?
Some schools choose to offer sessions on campus, check our calendar to see when we’ll be at your school. School sessions have a limited number of scenes available. We recommend scheduling a session at one of our studios so you can take advantage of all our scenes and enjoy the studio experience!
How do I see my photos?
Once you complete your session, your Senior session photos will go through processing before they are available for viewing. If you select a Traditional session, you will receive a portfolio by mail with all of your Senior session final images for viewing. If you select a Most Popular or Elite session, you will schedule a time to return to the studio to view your Photo Presentation. A $25 deposit is required at your Portrait Session checkout to secure your appointment, and will be credited towards any final purchases.
What about my Yearbook Photo?
No matter what session type you select, we will photograph you in multiple poses for your school yearbook photo. Log in to your dashboard to select your yearbook photo.
