As a high school student, Khalil had a passion for art and its application. He walked around school, camera in hand, getting pictures of whatever he could manage. Students and faculty looked for him around campus and many of his candids were used in their yearbook. When a Cady photographer came to his journalism class, Khalil told him he planned to work at Cady one day.
After graduating high school, that is exactly what he did. He joined the Cady team as quickly as he could, while simultaneously juggling a full time college schedule and organizing showcases of local artists. Three and a half years later, he is still pursuing his love for art, but now gets to add to yearbooks with the Cady photography team! When he graduates, he plans to become a museum or art gallery curator.
